Founded in 1979, through the acquisition of Commercial Tracts, Value-added large box buildings. Repurposing existing building into corporate facilities.  

REIT AMERICAS, LTD  through multiple Special Purpose Entities, owned, leased  sold and traded several million Square Feet of prime investment grade properties.

Including: HQ Facilities for WESTINGHOUSE , MARTIN-MARRIETA (lOCKHEE) AT&T, NSA FACILITIES, 

and Large Scale Business Parks

With a background in small town development and investing, quickly adapted to big city business. In 15 years, Pe has moved up the ranks as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Spearheads most of our companies charity events and non-profit out reach.

Graduating from Chicago's finest art school,  has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Spearheading marketing campaigns that brought on new investors, has made a name for herself with spacious designs. Recently becoming an instructor at her alma mater, along with her community service, has proven to become the face of REIT AMERICAS, LTD a positive asset to the community.
